Group Rates
Group discounts apply to reservations for (10) or more sites coordinated by a single responsible party making all reservations and deposits on each site. The discount is 10% off regular site prices for the months of June, July and August. The discount is 20% off for the months of May, September and October.
Discounts are not available for camping specials and during Holidays or events.
Discounts do not apply to cabin rentals.

Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations are not required, but are necessary to reserve a particular site.
Deposit amounts are as follows:
Full payment at time of booking made via Credit Card
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS & EVENTS - 4th of July, Memorial & Labor Day (2 night reservation minimum)
All rental units are a 2 night minimum full payment at time of booking
All cancellations or changes to a reservation must be done through E-mail. (info@hipines.net)
Payment Policy: A payment of 100% of reservation fee is required at time of booking. Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing reservationfriend.com to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. In addition, Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to two (2) days reservation fee. Please contact the property for Cancellations or to make any Changes to your Reservation. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE BY E-MAIL TO: info@hipines.net ALL CHANGES TO RESERVATION MUST BE MADE BY E-MAIL TO info@hipines.net (Reservations on holiday or event weekends must give a 48 hour notice to move or forfeit a 2 night deposit)
Change Policy: Service charges may apply for changes to this reservation. One change to this reservation is allowed without incurring a service charge; all subsequent changes will be charged $10.00 per change. No changes to a reservation for a holiday or event 7 days out from the arrival date. Change requests must be emailed to info@hipines.net

If reserved site is occupied, we reserve the right to move you to the next available site.
Reservation with a deposit will be held until "8 PM" day of arrival unless late arrival has been prearranged.

ALL other arrangements must be cleared with camp
ground management at the time of the reservation.
To rent a campsite you must be 21 or older.

Free amenities for our staying guests include: Aqua Play Zone Water Park, sandy beach with lounge chairs & shade structures, Horseshoes, Giant Ladder Toss, Bag Toss, Giant Connect 4, Bocce Ball, board games, event pavilion, basketball play area, Bag Toss, volleyball, playground, tether ball, enclosed dog park, dump station, and wagon rides bounce castle, jumping pillow.

Attention campers you must let guest know your site number, due to privacy policy we cannot give out this information.
PASS REQUIRED TO ENTER CAMPING AREA.
Registered campers are responsible to see that their visitors are registered and that they comply with all campground rules.
Visitors Hours are 10 AM to 10 PM. No visitor entrance after 10 PM.
ALL DAY VISITORS & VISITORS OF CAMPERS MUST REGISTER AS DAY PASSERS BEFORE ENTERING THE CAMPING AREA
this fee is strictly for outside guest visiting a camper at Hi Pines Campground.
Visitor Fee: $20.00 per person/per day -(visiting a camping guest)

Life preservers available for day users with a credit card to hold during use. AQUA ZONE Passes include unlimited use of our 66 ft x 33 ft Jumping Pillow, Inflatable bounce house, spiderweb crawler, playground and Aqua Play Zone Water Park.
